Introducing our all natural Rillettes de Canard, rooted in 11th century French culinary history and made famous in the western region of Tour, this gourmet delicacy rose to popularity in the 19th century throughout Paris. From then on, Rillettes de Canard has been synonymous with decadence. Les Trois Petits Cochons has brought the decadent confit-style spread, Rillettes de Canard, to the United States for consumers to enjoy. The slow cooking process allows the duck meat to become tender and succulent. Rillettes de Canard is made by hand in small batches from antibiotic and hormone free meat, is pork free and has a twelve week shelf life.
