Fresh strawberries and cane sugar simmer in small, handmade batches to create our natural jams. Try this on your morning toast. Is it jelly, jam, or preserves? All three contain fruit and sugar that has been cooked down until pectin, which is naturally found in fruit, helps to thicken it. The only real difference is the amount of fruit and the consistency! Jelly is made from the fruit juice, jam from small chunks of fruit and preserves are made from large chunks/whole pieces of fruit.
