Neolea's Sea Salt is hand harvested in the Greek Aegean Sea. It is a one of its kind fleur de sel. No machines are used in order to keep the flakes in irregular, natural shape, improving both the cooking and the dining experience. This fleur de sel is a blend with citrus fruits like mandarin, lemon and orange. Very powerful and great for fish.
