Abel & Schafer's KiddyMat glaze is a high gloss, ready-to-spray glaze for fruits, pastries, tortes & Danish. Suggested Application: Use to finish Danishes, cakes, tortes and many other sweet goods, also great for setting fresh fruit. Spray or brush as desired. KiddyMat Glaze has a gel appearance, amber in color, and an apricot aroma. This ready-to-use Glaze is blended to the consistency needed for all Spray Machines. Set the temperature of the Spray Machine to 90°C / 195°F. Pour KIDDYMAT GLAZE into the Spray Machine and wait until operating temperature is reached and the product is ready to use.
