Vodka sauce is known as an orange (or can be pink) sauce that is smooth with an acidic tomato-y bite that is tempered with a cream finish to balance it out. With such a low flame cook, the tomatoes caramelize, combining with vodka to bring a creamy, rich flavor. Our sauces are made in small batches by hand - some simmering for over 3 hours - to extract the right balance of flavors.
