Brothers Fabrizio and Pierpaolo have been tending bees and collecting honey as for over 20 years. Their hobby morphed into a successful business when friends urged them to sell the honey, and we are excited to represent these Italian honeys exclusively in the U.S. Through careful timing and management, they are able to harvest honeys made from single types of flowers, which allows them to focus on distinctive flavors and attributes for each plant--this is known as monofloral honey. Their monofloral honeys are extracted using centrifugal force, for a voluptuous texture that maintains the integrity of the varietal’s flavor.
