We source our all natural lemon curd from Serramel, a family owned company headquartered near the Serra da Malcata nature reserve in Eastern Portugal. Their golden-yellow lemon curd has a smooth, creamy texture and contains only four ingredients. The flavor is bright, lemony, and buttery--like a dose of sunshine in your mouth.
