Mirage Instant Pastry Cream is an instant mix for the cold process preparation of a rich, creamy French style pastry cream. Suitable for use in all types of desserts from eclairs and cream pies to cream puffs. Simply add water to the mix in a medium to large mixing bowl and whip slowly for 1 minute then 3 minutes longer at high speed. Chocolate powder, vanilla flavoring or fruit flavors may be added for signature desserts.
