Visca was founded with the intention of bringing old world European farmstead charcuterie to America. We achieved this in 2019 and we continue to pursue our goals of re-creating the classic flavor profiles we were taught when living and working on the farms in France and Spain. All Visca products are slow cured to bring out the traditional European style flavor profile we seek to provide. Chozio Espanol is our take on the traditional Spanish Chorizo. Ours is an authentic Spanish Style Chorizo with a smokey heat from Guajillo peppers along with Pimenton de la Vera. Our Chorizo pairs well with Manchego, Ciders, honey and dry white wines. Chorizo Espanol works just as well on a charcuterie board as it does on a pizza.
