Visca was founded with the intention of bringing old world European farmstead charcuterie to America. We achieved this in 2019 and we continue to pursue our goals of re-creating the classic flavor profiles we were taught when living and working on the farms in France and Spain. All Visca products are slow cured to bring out the traditional European style flavor profile we seek to provide. Visca Soppressata is a traditional Italian salami with a kick from Calabrian chiles.
