Ciliegine is the smallest size of Mozzarella. Ciliegine means “cherry size” in Italian. This cheese is the perfect size to be tossed in a salad, added to a cheese plate, or eaten alone. All milk comes from grass fed, open range water buffalos.

Buf Creamery is the only NON gmo verified creamery. We make mozzarella, ricotta, halloumi and burrata in our state of the art facility in Colombia.
