located in the Deux-Sèvres, between Poitiers and Saintes, a few kilometers (5 km) from the Castle of Javarzay Chef Boutonne, the same beautiful village where the Boutonne takes its source. To offer a range of authentic goat cheeses homemade production, the Fontenille cheese factory works with about fifteen goat farmers whose milk is collected about twenty kilometers around the cheese factory.
