Now you can enjoy your favorite gouda as a creamy cold pack spread. Our Cold Pack Cheese Spread is made by blending wheels of our signature raw milk gouda, aged over 2 months, with cream and other real dairy ingredients until a smooth texture is achieved. Herbs and spices are added to create a variety of flavors. Honey Clover Gouda Spread is made with Clover herbs from the Netherlands. This spreadable gouda has lightly sweet notes that balance out the richness of the gouda cheese. The notes of fresh clover create a truly unique experience.
