Lil Moo Original Retail is a fresh spreadable cow's milk cheese that can be used in a wide range of sweet and savory recipe applicatons. Similar to cream cheese, our Lil Moo is a 100% clean product made with whole milk instead of cream for a lighter texture and more tangy profile. Amazing on a bagel or as a topping on a baked potato. It an also be sweetened and used as a canolli filling or as a sweet dip for fruits.
