Water Buffalo’s milk produces a more complex, tastier, and stronger textured mozzarella than regular cow’s milk mozzarella. DOP certified, our Mozzarella di Bufala comes from Campania, Italy. The Mozzarella di Bufala is so flavorful that we even enjoy it undressed. Nevertheless, if you want to get sophisticated, we recommend serving it sliced with ripe tomatoes and fresh basil, drizzled with unfiltered extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled with cracked black pepper.
