Chili Chego is a semi-soft mixed milk cheese from Spain that is infused with red chili. Made using cow, sheep, and goat’s milk, Chili Chego has a semi-hard paste and striking red veining color. The infusion of chili ensures that every bite has a spicy kick. Traditionally eaten as a table cheese with dinner. Serve along side fresh baked bread, cured meats, and fresh fruits.
