Wyke Farm Ivy's Vintage Reserve Cheedar is imported from UK, made at Wyke Farm, Summerset. The recipe is over 100 years old, made with the fresh milk of free grazing cows. It goes through a traditional maturation period, no fewer than 15 months, carefully watched by the head cheese maker. Wyke Farm is committed to sustainable farming and is the UK's first national cheddar brand to use only natural resources and be 100% self-sufficient in green energy. This cheddar has a smooth silky texture with a gentle crunch. This crunch comes from the calcium lactate crystals released when the Cheddar is matured over 15 months. The flavor is rounded, balancing the sweet notes with creaminess and nuttiness.
