"So perfect together! Beemster Mild gets a peppery kick from Hatch chiles. Hatch chile peppers vary in heat from mild to fiery. Don’t be scared though, our young Beemster cheese is sweet and creamy and balances the heat nicely. The texture is semi-firm and buttery. The flavor profile is mildly nutty with some fruity pepper and mild heat. This is a great melting cheese, so add it to beans & rice, tacos, nachos and fajitas. You can also spice up a routine turkey sandwich or create a Southwestern burger with a few slices of avocado.
