High Road Craft's 16% chocolate custard bag in a box mix. 2 5L bags of 16% vat pasteurized creme anglaise style ice cream mix that is a perfect and easy go to for creating your own ice cream/custard in house. We make everything in house, with all of our ice cream starting of pastry chef style, developed small batch style and validated with the dining public. Our mix is cooked at 165 degrees and help for 30 minutes before homogenizaing and rapid chilling, a technique that is somewhat a lost art in ice cream making.
