This ice sphere is suitable for on the rock drinks (mainly for spirits) as it is the slowest shape to melt. Its diameter is 2.25" and works well on small rocks glasses. It is very low in minerals and has no micro air bubbles which result in slow melting ice that adds no flavors to the drinks.

Kuramoto Ice is specialized in making clear ice products. The source water hardness is about 40 ppm, and with our ice freezing process which takes 48 to 72 hours, most minerals are removed, and the final product reaches an ultra-low hardness of 3-4 ppm. The extended agitating eliminates micro air bubbles in the ice, resulting in exceptional clarity. The slow-melting ice retains the original flavor of the drink without diluting it. This ice sphere is suitable for on the rock drinks (mainly for spirits) as spheres have the least surface area per volume, which makes the slowest shape to melt. Each sphere diameter is 2.25" and works well on small rocks glasses.
