Contains Egg and Milk. Gluten and yeast free, zero trans-fat and no artificial additives or preservatives. Frozen product with shelf life of 3 years. BPA free package. A gourmet product made in Minas Gerais, Brazil from refined cassava starch and a special blend of light cheese, which give it a unique taste and texture. After baked the cheese roll becomes light golden in color and remains soft inside with the consistency of cheese and thin crunchy outer crust. Perfect for breakfast and snack. Easy to prepare. Pair it with cream cheese, jam or just by itself.
