Potter’s Crackers are whole grain, organic, handmade, crackers, crisps and oysters are produced with locally sourced whole-wheat flour and local milk and butter in Madison, WI. Most of the produce we use comes from small, local farms. Potter’s offers 7 year-round varieties of crackers, 4 crisps and 4 oyster flavors to fulfill all of your cracker needs! Potter’s Crackers is certified organic by MOSA, Midwest Organic Services Association, Inc. There are a few tears around the kitchen when we hand chop mountains of organic Wisconsin onions for caramelizing. The delicious aroma of onions roasting drives all our neighbors nuts! We then combine these handmade caramelized onions with organic wheat flour, milk and butter to make our Caramelized Onion Crackers. The resulting flavor is incredible and one of a kind. This is one of our staff favorites, even with the tears! Pair the caramelized onion cracker with your favorite brie or blue cheese.
