Carolyn's Cookie Company frozen cookie dough is made using family recipes. Our product is all natural. No preservatives. We use Challenge unsalted butter, pure vanilla extract, Hickman's grass fed eggs, Non-GMO C & H pure cane sugars, Non- GMO Unbleached Flour, Kosher salt and baking soda. We use Guittard (American based chocolate maker founded in 1868) semi sweet chocolate. We make small batch productions then form dough into 2 oz. dough balls. Each bag has 12 frozen dough balls. Ready to bake. No defrosting necessary. Each ball bakes into a 3" cookie with a crunchy edge and soft middle. Carolyn's frozen cookie dough has a 7 month shelf life.
