These Cocktail Mini Blinis are delicious one bite pancakes and are a must have when you serve caviar. These are thin, elastic; the size of a quarter and come in packages of 36.

The Blini are pre-baked, and packed under protective atmosphere; all you need to do is heat them in the microwave or oven.
