Carolyn's Cookie Company frozen cookie dough is made using family recipes. Our product is all natural. No preservatives. We use Old fashioned oats, locally sourced raisins, Challenge unsalted butter, pure vanilla extract, Hickman's grass fed eggs, Non-GMO C & H pure cane sugars, Non- GMO Unbleached Flour, Kosher salt, baking powder and nutmeg. We make small batch productions then form dough into 2 oz. dough balls. Each bag has 12 frozen dough balls. Ready to bake. No defrosting necessary. Each ball bakes into a 3" cookie with a crunchy edge and soft middle. Carolyn's frozen cookie dough has a 7 month shelf life.
