The Lemon Sweet Olive Oil Tortas Ines Rosales are produced following the traditional recipe with which Ines Rosales (founder of the company) started the business in 1910. Each Torta is made by hand, following the traditional recipe from Ines Rosales' hometown (Castilleja de la Cuesta), only with all-natural ingredients, and no preservatives.
