Calabria’s optimal climatic conditions and its clay-rich sandy soil have promoted the growth of top quality chili pepper plants. Our Calabrian peppers are mildly fermented, washed in vinegar and packed in oil. Once you've enjoyed the last of the peppers, be sure to use the oil for dipping or sautéing.
