Try them layered into a fresh lasagna or as the star ingredient of a roasted veggie sandwich. Divina roasted peppers undergo a vigorous process to ensure optimal quality. After the harvest, the peppers are sorted and washed before being roasted. After the roasting is complete, the peppers get washed, scraped and dried to remove excess skin and char. Finally, the peppers are sliced and sorted/washed a final time before packing. Our peppers are renowned for their meaty texture and sweet/smoky flavor.
