Excalibur aged English cheese is a collection of delicious farm fresh cheeses made in the traditional English style. Excalibur Cheddars are made using only milk from grass-fed cows, free from any growth hormones, rBST, or rBGH. The bold flavors of the Double Gloucester, Red Leicester, and Cheshire varieties reflect the time honored customs of handcrafted English cheese.
