Black Diamond Vintage Reserve is age 5 years. In 1881 local dairy farmers in Perth, Canada pooled their excess milk production and built a small, wood-framed factory. Over a century later, the Black Diamond brand continues to make the same cheddar with craftsmanship, dedication, and pride.
