Made with whole milk from Pie Noire cows that graze on lush pastures in close proximity to the ocean. • Aged for a minimum of eight weeks. • Deliciously fruity and sweet with a nutty taste. • Rich amber color, straw-like interior with large “holes” or “eyes."
