The Creminelli family had been making salami in Italy before one of the members brought the traditions to the U.S. Since then, their products have won many awards. This uncured salami is flavored with organic chili pepper and paprika and meant to be just a little bit hot. Make sure to remove the casing before serving, and slice thin for best texture.
