Tequila Lime Cheddar is a limited-edition cheddar crafted by Henning Cheese in rural Kiel, Wisconsin. For four generations our family has been making award winning artisan cheese since 1914. Our quality starts with fresh milk from small local family farmers who pasture graze their cows when weather permits and are otherwise fed a balanced diet of natural grains. Their milk is always rBST & gluten free. This traditional cheddar is infused with lime and a splash of Tequila. Enjoy in early spring through late summer with margaritas, shrimp or fish tacos, macadamia nuts, pita chips or dried tropical fruit. Shred and use in scones or muffins. Feature in your Cinco de Mayo celebration.
