Mango Fire Cheddar is an award-winning specialty crafted cheddar made in rural Kiel, Wisconsin. For 4 generations our family has been making award winning artisan cheese since 1914. We handcraft small batches of cheese using fresh milk from our small local family dairy farmers. Their cows are pasture grazed when weather permits and otherwise fed natural grains. Our cheese is always gluten & rBST free. Mango Fire Cheddar has delicious mango flavor with a burst of habanero – we describe this as our “sweet heat” cheddar. This cheese is a best seller and very fun to cook with. Enjoy shredded on tacos, tostadas, nachos & corn dip. Slice thin on brats, burgers, sausages, chicken and more!
