Haro Cheese Company is a small batch artisanal creamery in Bertram, Texas. BTX! Jack is a raw cow's milk cheese with a natural rind that has been rubbed in cocoa and cave aged 2-6 months onsite. BTX! Jack is a drier cheese that works well grated on salads and soups or on a charcuterie board with honey, nuts and dried meats. It pairs well with lighter red and crisp white wines, ciders and lighter beers.
