The Bethlehem Bar starts as an oatmeal shortbread cookie base that gets back and then topped with loads of chocoalte, caramel, pecans and a crumble of the cookie base. As your not so average granola bar, the Bethlehem bar is large enough to share, or eat on your own (we won't tell anyone if you don't share). A perfect snack on a hot day, the chocolate does not melt and mush the product together as you see with a normal chocolate bar.
