We have been recognized for our fine taste and attention to the treatment of our animals. All of our cheese are lactose free, non gmo verified, vegetarian rennet. They are unique as they have a longer shelf life due to our unique brine We believe taking good care of our animals. By keeping them in a low stress environment we ensure their well being, the health of the land and the purity of our cheeses. Our buffalo are only milked with their young next to them. After milking our raw milk is carefully transported to our state of the art creamery. We built our factory in 2009 specifically designed to process water buffalo milk. We are proud to say we are the only USDA certified buffalo mozzarella on the continent. All of us at BUF believe that taste should not be the only benefit you receive from our delicious cheeses.
