Caseificio dell'Alta Langa is a fifth generation family owned and operated company, producing traditional, artisan hand-made cheeses in Piedmont, Northern Italy. Following in the Langarolo tradition, we make mostly mixed milk, soft-ripened cheeses in the Robiola family.
