The uniqueness and flavor profile make this an excellent cheese for a special occasion or as an own special treat. This Gouda pairs well with sweet and spicy roasted nuts, mixed marinated olives, honey mustard and fig and walnut bread. An excellent source of Calcium and naturally gluten-free.
