Ponce De Leon's Mandarin Fig Paste is handmade in Valencia, Spain. Only two ingredients go into this decadent jam: chunky Pajarero figs and juicy mandarin oranges. Although this fig paste is an ideal cheese accompaniment for cheeses like Gouda, Manchego, Cheddar, Swiss or Parmesan, it can also be used in desserts and on roasts. Or, you can make your own layered cheese but cutting slices of fresh goat cheese and smearing each layer with fig paste.
