Henning's Cheese is a four-generation cheese making family that prides themselves in crafting some of the best traditional artisan bandaged cheddar. We start by buying fresh milk from small local family farmers who pasture graze their cows when weather permits and are otherwise fed a balanced diet of natural grains. Their milk is always rBST & gluten free. We then handcraft each batch. Our Cheddar Daisy is a 22 lb. wheel known for winning numerous awards across the United States and the world. Pair with apples, grapes, pears, nuts, honey, dates, French bread, artisan sausage, most wines, beers or ciders!
