Yellow Mild Cheddar is a mild Cheddar Cheese that is made All-Natural and comes in a pre-packaged 8oz Retail Ready-To-Sell format. Very smooth textured, creamy, and has that yellow-colored body everyone knows it for. The Retail Ready Cracker Cuts come in cases of 12 and are half a pound each. All Cheese are naturally Gluten Free, and this product is also rBST Free and pasteurized. Minimal ingredients, Milk (cow’s) and Salt, Cheese Cultures, and Beta Carotene for color. We manufacture everything on site and have been a family owned and operated company since 1935. All of our Cheeses are made here in Amish Country, using local farmed milk in Holmes County Ohio.
