Using the traditional recipe of chorizo we have achieved an innovation in its flavor by adding hot paprika and cumin. CURED FOR 1 month using artisanal methods in La Alberca, Spain, a Natural Reserve declared a World Heritage. ALL NATURAL. GLUTEN FREE. LACTOSE FREE. NO NITRATES OR NITRITES ADDED.
