Maple Bourbon Cheddar is a specialty crafted cheddar by Henning’s Cheese in rural Kiel, Wisconsin. For 4 generations our family has been making award winning artisan cheese since 1914. We handcraft small batches of cheese using fresh milk from our small local family dairy farmers. Their cows are pasture grazed when weather permits and otherwise fed natural grains. Our cheese is always gluten & rBST free. This cheddar is bathed in maple & bourbon which give it delicious caramel & molasses flavor. Enjoy with sweet potatoes, pulled pork or ham sliders, stuffed pork chops, salads, burgers, bacon grilled cheese, with your favorite craft ale, whiskey or bourbon.
