A crunchy cracker made to partner Ricotta or any fresh cheese, but also perfect to eat alone. Flavored with a squeeze of lemon, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt.
Made in the Gouda-style (with more than a hint of Parmesan about it), Old Winchester is aged for around 18 months. It has a full flavour, an underlying sweetness, and a wonderful crystalline finish that crunches on the tongue. Flavoured with a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of sea salt. Serve with Ricotta or any fresh cheese. Intentionally subtle, so as to never overwhelm the cheese
