Creamy Dill Rubbed Fontal cheese is a semi-soft cheese made through the natural fermentation of cow’s milk. The cheese is aged for approximately 60 days to develop the characteristic flavor. The cheese is made with milk that is certified as coming from cows that have not been treated with rBGH (recombinant bovine growth hormone). Each wheel weighs approximately 5 LB (Range 4.75 - 5.25 LB.) and is packed in an oxygen and moisture barrier film to protect quality.
