This Sour Cherry Spread is an artisan preserve hand crafted in small batches. We make each batch in open, five-gallon pots from real produce, and our sour cherries are sourced from Wisconsin's famous Door County cherry growers. This preserve is carefully crafted to balance sweet and savory notes so that it pairs perfectly with cheese, as well as more traditional pastries. Sour Cherry Jam is an explosion of tart cherry flavor with lemon notes, in a dark-red rich jelly. Cheese board pairings: young gouda; chevre; brie; and Alpine-style cheeses. Other great uses: top a scone or croissant, use to make a mini tart. This preserve is clean label with simple ingredients, all-natural, vegan, gluten free, and non-GMO. This preserve contains only tart cherries, sugar, sweet cherries, lemons, pectin, and all-natural citric acid.
