All Cheese are naturally Gluten Free, and this product is also rBST Free. This product is a Raw Milk product, and is considered non-pasteurized, though it is heat treated and cured 60 days. Minimal ingredients, Unpasteurized Milk (cow’s) and Salt, Cheese Cultures, . We manufacture everything on site and have been a family owned and operated company since 1935. All of our Cheeses are made here in Amish Country, using local farmed milk in Holmes County Ohio.
