Roth Cheese is always rBST-free and naturally gluten-free. Gruyere Grand Cru has light floral notes, nutty undertones, and a hint of fruitiness with a mellow finish. Perfect for melting over potatoes, adding to sandwiches, or topping on a classic onion soup. Pair with fresh apples, pairs, grapes, almonds, figs, and cornichons. Enjoy with hard apple cider or amber beer. Grand Cru is our signature alpine-style cheese. It’s made with the freshest milk in imported copper vats and aged 4+ months in our cellars.
