Castello Brie can be kept at room temperature for up to three months, or refrigerated up to one year - all because the vacuum sealed package. Castello Brie has mild, slightly tangy and aromatic taste with a smooth but firm consistency. The cheese retains its taste and consistency throughout the shelf-life with almost no change and never develops ammonia or other unbalanced taste notes.
